I strive to show others how balance allows you to achieve incredible accomplishments and personal satisfaction. You can "do it all" in the physical world  by finding your center and purpose on your spiritual journey. My biggest hope is to live that example each and every day, and to inspire others to do the same.

I teach an alignment-focused vinyasa yoga with a curiosity for movement. What works for one person does not work for the next, and through exploration of the body and mind, one can experience expansiveness previously unknown. I infuse my practice and classes with spirituality to share a holistic approach to yoga that is inspired by life and experiences.
