I strive to show others how balance allows you to achieve incredible accomplishments and personal satisfaction. You can "do it all" in the physical world  by finding your center and purpose on your spiritual journey. My biggest hope is to live that example each and every day, and to inspire others to do the same.

MY STYLE

I teach an alignment-focused vinyasa yoga. Alignment keeps the body safe and creates evenness in the body and, ultimately, the mind and soul. I infuse my practice and classes with spirituality to share a holistic approach to yoga.
