I teach an alignment-focused vinyasa yoga with a curiosity for movement. What works for one person does not work for the next, and through exploration of the body and mind, one can experience expansiveness previously unknown. I infuse my practice and classes with spirituality to share a holistic approach to yoga that is inspired by life and experiences.
